The owners of Lean Six Sigma, which is a management tool reviewing all process and ability of company, transforming new designed processes to economical benefit rapidly, focusing on learning and changing at the same time, are not only managers but all the employees in system
In 2003 Six Sigma studies were started with Black Belt training in Caterpillar University. As a consequence of these pilot Six Sigma studies that were completed in 2006, Lean Six Sigma studies were started. After preparing Lean Six Sigma road map, Lean Six Sigma Leadership team was defined, Lean Six Sigma vision and strategies were determined. From June to September 2006 107 managers were trained about Lean Six Sigma Leadership. Following this, third and fourth wave Black Belt and first Green Belt trainings were completed. Now in actual organization 1 Master Black Belt, 30 Black Belts, 15 Green Belts and 150 Yellow Belts exist.           
In 2007, we gained major financial and strategic profits as a result of 33 Lean Six Sigma Projects and there are 85 Project, which are being proceeded at the moment.
