HYDRAULIC PUMP FACTORY
Hydraulic pump factory was established in 1976 on a 3349 m2 closed area to meet the needs of agricultural, automotive and industrial sectors. Within the same year, production started under license from ZF, Germany. Since then, we are meeting the
needs of both domestic and export markets with pumps developed either by our own expert engineers or with the consultancy of other companies widely known as being experts in their field.

Hema Endüstri A.S. is presenting a wide selection range of pumps from 1.2 cm3/rev to 116.7 cm3/rev reaching a maximum working pressure of 250 bar. There are more than 100 configurations that can be produced and we carry stocks of all types.
GEAR AND TRANSMISSION FACTORY
Gear and Transmission factory was established to produce timing gears, transmission gears, racks and balancers for diesel
engines in 1998.In diesel engines, at low speeds, crankshafts must be balanced with counter weights or a balancing unit must be used instead. These units require delicate manufacturing. The factory is manufacturing these units to be used in Iveco and Perkins diesel engines as per the original design specifications.

In 2004, Rack-Shaft production started under license from ZF, Germany.
There are six lines in our plant as gear cutting line, balancer line, rack line, balancer assembly line, Trans-axle assembly line and gear hobbing line. The transmission line is newly established for John Deere 5000 series tractors and started manufacturing sample pieces.
There are 240 machines in the factory with 30 white collar, 280 blue collar working on 5.000 m2 closed area.

HYDRAULIC LIFT COVER AND VALVE FACTORY
Hydraulic lift cover and valve factory was established in 1978 to produce the lift cover and control valves for agricultural tractors
as per OEM design and specifications. Steering gear factory was established in 1984 to produce ball and nut power steering gear systems for heavy and light commercial vehicles under ZF license. A licensing agreement has been signed in 1998 again with ZF, to produce servocom type steering units and started production within the same year. Hema is producing new products using its own design and production technology.

ENGINE UNITS AND CRANKSHAFT FACTORY
Engine units and crankshaft factory was established in 1993 to meet the needs of OEM and after-sales market. There are 150 machines in the factory with 282 people working on 7.000 m2 closed area.
With production lines for automobiles and trucks-tractors, the total capacity is 300.000 units/year crankshaft.

production started in 2009 with a capacity of 60,000 ton/year and it will reach a maximum of 120.000 ton/year when the investment will be completed. Grey Iron foundry has been producing grey and nodular iron CASTings such as transmission housings, clutch housings, engine blocks, cylinder heads, axles. Hema Metal Iron foundry has two moulding lines which branded as Heinrich Wagner Sinto(HWS. Dimensions of the moulding lines are: Line1: 1130x800x(350/350)mm and Line2: 750x650x(250/250)mm. Melting Shop: Inductothem 7000 Kw Dual Track 12 ton/hr melting capacity and Auto pour system.
