FRONT AXLE
The powered front axle, is designed for up to 100 HP tractors, consists of mainly three forging part. Total ratio of the front axle depends on bevel-pinion gears and planet gear system and it has “Limited Slip Differential - LSD” system with 45% locking ratio. Steering knuckle and axle housings are designed the best for protect and cover the cardan shaft.
TRANSAXLE AND TRANSMISSION
Gearboxes are used to transmit different speed and powers. Output torque can be arranged with PTO (Power Take-Off) to obtain required torques under different working conditions. Speed and power in mechanical transmissions are obtained by using gears and other mechanical parts. Different speed and power ranges are obtained using gears on parallel shafts mounted on transmission. Power transfer is obtained in mechanical transmissions commonly as;
-Movement of gears on lateral shafts,
-Turning of gears fixed on shafts with clutch or sleeve parts,
-Providing of quite speed and power transfer with synchromesh that gets equal input and output torques.
Our transmissions in between 45-95 HP range have 12F-12R without overlapping and synchromesh system used to get quite shifting. Whole of transaxle, is the chassis part of tractor, consists of mainly gearbox, splitter, shuttle unit, PTO (Power Take-Off), rear axes parts and gear clutch & mechanism parts.
