ALUMINIUM BODY HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS

ALUMINIUM BODY HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS

Gear pumps and motors built in three pieces with an extruded body in high resistance aluminium alloy.
The wide choice of shafts, flanges and ports, in compliance with all international standards (SAE, DIN and EUROPEAN) allow for their use in an infinite variety of applications.
Displacements from 1,2 cm³/rev to 116,7 cm³/rev, rated pressure up to 280 bar.
Max. speed up to 4000 min-1

CAST IRON BODY HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS

CAST IRON BODY HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS

In response to market needs, CAST iron series have been developed to combine very high efficiencies with very low noise levels while retaining the rugged simplicity of well-proven hydraulic gear pumps.
Their CAST iron construction and high quality steel gears are supported by hydrodynamic plain (bush) bearings which are lubricated by a system which drawscool fluid from the inlet port.
QR spur gear pumps are designed for minimum pressureripple while the QS Series features patented helical gears which reduce ripple and noise levels even further.

QX pumps use helical gears and are designed to reduce the amount of fluid borne noise generated by the pump and hence transmitted into the hydraulic system. This results in a reduction in the amount of air borne noise emitted from the machine.
QX pumps are highly efficient and are designed to provide high performance levels and long life when operated

Pump elements are available with displacements from 16 to 239.8 cm3/rev for maximum continuous operating pressures of 280 bar and maximum intermittant operating pressures of 320 bar.

Pumps can be supplied as single, double, triple or quadruple units.

HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS WITH BUILT-IN VALVES

HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS WITH BUILT-IN VALVES

Some hydraulic systems require mounting of flow divider, flow control, pressure security and flow divider load sensing valves at the back side of the pump.
a) Flow control valve: Provides constant flow for hydraulic systems and sends the excess oil back to the tank.
b) Flow divider valve: Divides the oil coming from the pump and sends to the system.
c) Pressure relief valve: Maintains a constant pressure set for the hydraulic system.
d) Flow divider load sensing valve: Provides the oil necessary for one side of the system and sends the remaining oil to the other side.
These pumps are being used in earth moving equipment, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and industrial applications.
