Diesel motors which has four cylinders, balancer amortizes dynamic instabilites when crank shaft rotates, at the same time it reduces noise level low and keeps crank shaft and cylinder block lubricated.balancer unit gets its power from crank shaft with the gears.for prevent dynamic unstabilities in the balancer there are gears what rotates opposite direction , the oil what is sucked from the crankcase by the aid of the pump is sent to cylinder block through balancer case that keeps cylinder block and crank lubricated.

Connecting rod transmits motions, occurred by combustion between piston and engine block, over the piston to the crankshafts. During the production of the connecting rods, to obtain smooth corner and edge, stoning operation is applied. All of the connecting rods are 100 % measured by applying balance operation to provide same weight. The big diameter of it is one piece. Big diameter is separated by cutting or breaking method and they are connected to each other by using special clamping guns. We have capacity of producing 500.000 pieces carter per year for 3, 4 and 6 cylinders engine.




CRANKSHAFTS

CRANKSHAFTS



Produced for automobile, truck and tractor engines, translates reciprocating linear piston motion by connecting rods into rotational motion as a result of the transforming of chemical energy into mechanical energy in the internal combustion engine. Oil channel are existed between main bearing and crank bearing on the crankshaft. Lack of the lubrication oil on the crank bearing causes friction and excessive heating, so crankshaft is damaged. At the end of the production, crankshaft’s balance setting is done. If balance setting of crankshaft is unmade, the engine works noisy and non-efficient. We have line capacity of producing crankshaft with 980 mm length and 55 mm stroke for 3, 4 and 6 cylinders engine.



CYLINDER BLOCK

Cylinder Block: Cylinder block also known as engine block produced for automobile, truck and tractor motors is used as a bearing for pistons and crankshafts. Cooler water comes from the radiator which flows through the canals in the engine come to the engine block. Cylinder cover is placed on top of it and crankcase is located below it. Leak proofing tests of water and oil canals in the engine block is made in the production line of HEMA. Also we are able to the Plato honing method. We have the ability of machining cast iron engine block for 3,4 and 6-cylinder engines and can produce 50.000 engine block per year.

SUMP

SUMP



Sump located under the internal combustion engines is used for oil tank. It protects crankshaft to resist outside impacts. We have the capability to machine the casting sums up to 50,000 parts / year for 3,4 and 6 cylinder engines types in our sump machining line.
